Fully understand client requirements and preferences and build specifications around those. We assess the options - from vision to constraints - are clear on the budget, appoint necessary consultants and establish the project brief.
DESIGN OUTLINE
Develop the design, plan the costing and programme the project, allowing for contingencies and inevitabilities. We understand that ‘stuff happens’ and allow for it.
PLANNING
Prepare the paperwork for the construction, arrange procurements strategies and procedures to secure timeous and cost effective resources.
ADMINISTRATION
Manage, administer and monitor all aspects of the construction to ensure it is carried out according to all legislation, including design, safety, standards and labour.
HAND OVER
Once satisfied with the final product, complete the project closeout, according to project management principles.
